Current processing time is  21- 30  business days weekends and holidays are not included. This does not include shipping transit time. One a shipping label is created the time its takes to get to you Soley depends on on the shipping provider.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted on a as needed basis. Item must be returned with a shipping label provided by Batty mama . once items is received a refund will be processed to original payment method . Refunds are not accepted for pre orders
